Launched in 2013, brand Boer & Fitch is an offshoot of Redsquare Apparel Inc. - a prestigious garment house that was founded more than 12 years ago. Armed with state-of-the-art infrastructure and fully integrated manufacturing facilities that encompass the entire spectrum of spinning, knitting, dyeing, printing, embroidery and sewing, Redsquare Apparel Inc. has evolved over the years to position itself as one of the leading apparel manufacturing and exporting company in India with supply to global blue-chip retailers such as Walmart, Diesel, Groupocoin, US Polo, Colmar, Pierre Cardin, Quiksilver, Oneil, Rusty and Billabong.
Apart from manufacturing T-shirts, tops, dresses, skirts, shirts, trousers, nightwear, innerwear and a host of other eye-catching casual wear for top-notch domestic retail chains, the group also caters to the corporate wear needs and uniforms for major corporate clients and schools all over the country. Our Inspirational Journey
Our humble beginnings can be traced back to a garment manufacturing company with a modest infrastructure of 60 machines and 100 employees. With time, perseverance, dedication and excellence, we have grown exponentially to establish our foothold in the international arena. In the process, we have also earned ourselves the enviable distinction of a reliable exporter of fashionable and affordable western wear.
Today, our export division boasts around 1000 staff members to its credit while our brand, Boer & Fitch, provides employment to approximately 200 employees. Redsquare Apparel Inc.’s hierarchical structure has also transformed manifold over the years to move away from a founder/owner management structure to a CEO-led professional management team model. With operations all over India, our dynamic team comprises of diverse talent from various parts of the world, including Mr. Jiovanni - an Italian Designer of international repute and PAN India industry experts who oversee the smooth functioning of our individual business units.
Our Eminent Founder
The Brand Boer & Fitch and its Parent Company, Redsquare Apparel Inc., are the brainchild of Mr. Sreedhar P.Swaminathan, grandson of Sathyagragi Thiyagi Shrimathi S.N.Sundarambal - a well known freedom fighter. The idea of launching a garment manufacturing company first germinated in his mind and he went on to institute Redsquare Apparel Inc. to give shape to his vision.
Under Mr. Sreedhar P.Swaminathan’s able leadership and the unmistakable support of a competent management team that comprises of young and ambitious owners, the company has grown by leaps and bounds to diversify across the value chain and venture into retail business with the launch of Boer & Fitch - an aspirational and customer-focused brand that is inspired by innovative and cutting-edge design trends and brand-defining customer service.
